How we started

We are delighted to introduce you to our organic heritage soft neck garlic, now grown in Stony Plain, Alberta, but originally imported by our mother from Ukraine over 30 years ago.  From generation to generation the largest cloves have been selected and organically planted producing large, highly flavoured bulbs, with superior
taste and texture.

It is our pleasure to offer and supply garlic to foodies, restaurateurs and chefs who pride themselves on preparing fresh, local, organic fair.
